Needed: Loving Forever Home!

Naina needs to find her forever home, she is blind but don't tell her because we aren't sure she knows she is any different than the other puppies ;) She would do best in a home with no small children as she can be a little mouthy at times well she adjusts to new surrondings. Secondhand Hounds is always in need of more fosters! If you can open up your heart and home to any of these "Secondhand Hounds" please go to www.secondhandhounds.org and fill out a foster application. You will receive an email within 24-48hrs to get you started down the road to fostering. The picture above is of Ann, just one of the puppies looking for a loving foster home until she finds her forever family!

"Mutt's Vs Breed's"

Tomorrow is the day to settle the age old questions who's better "Mutts" vs "Breeds"? Be sure to attend the bowling showdown between some of your favorite local rescues including Secondhand Hounds! And if you aren't a bowler no big deal stop by and enter to win some AWESOME prizes, bid on a few silent auction items and support a great cause! The event will be held at Elsie's in NE Minneapolis from 7pm to 9pm. It is $25 an adult and $15 a child (this includes shoes). All donations and funds raised from the event will be split evenly between all the participating rescues.

Adoption Event Saturday July 17th

Be sure to stop by the Secondhand Hounds adoption day this Saturday July 17th at Eden Prairie Petsmart from 11am to 2pm to meet some of the available Secondhand Hounds! If you are interested in seeing a specific dog be sure to contact Kayla at kayla@secondhandhounds.org to make sure that dog will be in attendance. A few of the dogs that will be making apperances include, Leon, Audrey, Tallulah, Calvin, Dan, Bandit, Brownie, Sparkles, Momma, Carmen, and Candi!
